1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the srpj81 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the srpj81 platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the srpj81 platform. Continued use of srpj81 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

srpj81 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by srpj81 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the srpj81 platform will have their account immediately terminated. srpj81 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player, and any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of srpj81 services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active srpj81 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change after registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your srpj81 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You agree to notify srpj81 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• srpj81 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
• srpj81 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.

srpj81 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

srpj81 supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the srpj81 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the srpj81 cashier section at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• srpj81 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Player funds are held in accounts segregated from srpj81 operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the ordinary course of business.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

srpj81 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your srpj81 account in accordance with the terms of the applicable promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the srpj81 platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the srpj81 system.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, srpj81 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account.
• srpj81 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are encouraged to review the rules of each game before placing bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• srpj81 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a system error, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the srpj81 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one srpj81 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the srpj81 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the srpj81 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of srpj81 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the srpj81 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the srpj81 platform without the prior written consent of srpj81.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, srpj81 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the srpj81 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

srpj81's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your srpj81 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

srpj81 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
